About Amanda Black, FNP-BC

Amanda Black, FNP, is proud to be part of the team at Family Medicine Associates, PC. The ability to work with patients from in and around Thornton, Colorado, keeps her feeling valued and fulfilled in her professional life.

Amanda earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She became a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in 2015 and has since amassed an expansive body of experience in all aspects of family practice. 

During her training, Amanda specialized in pediatric oncology. She now works with patients of all ages and enjoys caring for entire families with members ranging in age from babies to grandparents.  

Amanda is comfortable providing care in both English and Spanish, and she strives to build trusting bonds with those in her care. She is passionate about women’s health and works closely with women of all ages to enhance and maintain optimal health and wellness.
